West Essex Highlands, West Orange, NJ
Siding replacement at West Essex Highlands. This project consisted of 300 residential units and 53 buildings with 1 clubhouse. We removed 30-year cedar siding down to the sheathing, replaced deteriorated sheathing, installed new vapor barrier, installed new flashing around windows, installed new vinyl siding, soffits, corners and wrapped existing trim with aluminum coil. Additionally, we installed new gutters and leaders.
The Bluffs at Monmouth
Complete exterior renovation at The Bluffs at Monmouth. We removed & replaced the roof with GAF Timberline Shingles. We also removed brick veneer and added new Dutch Lap Vinyl Siding. Finally, we removed and replaced deteriorated 83 sheets of 1/2 plywood sheathing, 2x4 framing, insulation and added new siding, aluminum trim and gutters.
Xanadu at Wall
We updated Xanadu at Wall by removing and replacing EIFS, removing and replacing deck railings and waterproofing deck surfaces. We also made carpentry repairs to the balconies.
Park River Towers, North Bergen
We installed this beautiful commercial roof at Park River Towers in North Bergen, NJ. We removed all the previous layers of roofing down to the concrete deck foundation and a brand new GAF Roofing TPO Roof was installed. The roof was designed to use GAF Roofing Tapered Insulation Boards topped with DensDeck Recovery Board for extra protection. The tapering was designed so that water would be directed towards one of 4 drains located on the roof and also had an overflow feature where the water would be directed to one of 3 corners in case of drainage failure. This TPO roof was installed with the GAF Roofing Diamond Pledge 20 Year Warranty.
Flat Roof on Church in Long Branch, NJ
This was a Tapered Flat Roof installation using GAF Roofing Everguard TPO and GAF Roofing Tapered Insulation Board. The existing roof was torn down to the plywood decking and nearly half of the roof deck was replaced. Tapered ISO Boards were installed to serve as insulation for the church and was designed with the need for drainage in mind. The insulation boards were manufactured with a slope that tapers off of the rear end so as to funnel rainfall into a brand new 6" gutter system that we also installed. The roof is watertight and securely fastened so as to withstand the weather that the shore points endure.
Mendham, NJ Veterinary Hospital
The Mendham Veterinary Hospital in Mendham, NJ was completely transformed. Our team opted to utilize a combination of Certainteed products to create this look. Certainteed Main Street Board N Batten on gables in the front of the building. Certainteed Main Street Double 5" Natural Clay Vinyl Siding on the balance of the building. Certainteed Restoration Millwork PVC trim used on the front overhangs headers. We also fabricated 8" square PVC columns in the front of the building.
Madison, NJ Dental Office
Our dental office project in Madison, NJ turned out beautiful! We installed James Hardie 4" Exposure Artic White horizontal fiber cement siding on the entire building, AZEK Exteriors PVC trim to the windows, doors and decorative panels. We created a unique dentil blocks section - this is a series of closely spaced rectangular blocks that form a repeating ornamental molding - that have been fabricated with AZEK PVC trim. Finally, EBDM Rubber Roofing has been installed on the portico flat roof and recessed window boxes.
Blue Ridge Lumber, Odgensburg, NJ
On our project at Blue Ridge Lumber in Odgensburg, NJ our crew performed work on the main office, showroom and warehouse. We removed the existing layers of Torch Granulated Roofing and installed 1" high density fiberboard/ISO and adhered versico .060 EPDM rubber membrane roofing. We also installed 3x3 walkway pads for future access for mechanical contractors and fabricated coping for the top of the parapet wall.
